Shipping Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
- Processing Time: This includes order verification, assembly, and other pre-shipment activities. The duration may vary based on your location and our efficiency.
- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the shipping method and your location.
Please note our order cutoff time is based on Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00). Deliveries may take longer during peak seasons and promotions.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping phases.

Tracking Your Package
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Check the tracking status on our website. If there are no updates within 10 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order isn’t delivered within 45 days, contact us for a full refund. We’re here to help if any delays occur, and we aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, first check the delivery location. Then, contact the shipping carrier. If the issue persists, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We can’t guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify us immediately of any mistakes.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Goalflame is not liable for customs fees if:
- The package is rejected by the recipient, or
- Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders without a guaranteed refund.
