Order Changes & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. As we strive to process orders quickly, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges if the issue relates to incorrect choices such as item type, size, design, or shipping address.

However, if you realize an error has been made, you have a 6-hour window from when the order was placed to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If a cancellation request is made after this window, your order may already be in the processing or shipping phase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this time, all orders will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received design differs from the order
  • Size or material does not match the order
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product description does not match the received item

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

Please send your refund request and documentation to [email protected]. Our Customer Service team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days. Make sure email notifications are enabled. Refunds are processed after we confirm that the return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be issued.

First, check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Refunds typically take 10-15 days to show, depending on your card provider’s policies. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
